Zakia Nektwne

Zakia was sent to the surface of the earth from her homeland in a small town on Europa in order to study human behaviors. Upon arriving on earth, she decided to prolong her stay indefinitely. After years of roughing it in the forest with little opportunity to actually study human behavior, Zakia was finally given a big opportunity in the form of a really pretty human woman who offers her the opportunity to live with her and her friends. Zakia is the daughter of a rather important individual from Neptunia (the alien name for her home), and as a result has inherited the ability to move water with her hands. When she isn't reading about human history or jotting down notes about their behavior, Zakia can be spotted practicing her powers, wandering in the forest, or taking a dip in the nearest lake. She really, really likes to be on her own.

Setting: Modern day Australia. At the beginning of the story, Zakia is living in a wooded area by a lake. After a brief period of trying to live in a tiny apartment, she moves into a house on the other side of town with everybody else in this story.
